Beat the heat and join us for an evening of fun and prizes This is a fundraiser hosted by the WV Cupcake Festival to raise money for Putnam County Parks - Valley Park, the venue for the WV Cupcake Festival held each year at the end of August. July 12, 2025 Games start at 5:00 pm Doors open at 3:30 pm Tickets price: $30 in advance $35 at the door (pending availability) TICKETS ARE LIMITED, SO WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO PURCHASE IN ADVANCE Additional books will be available - $10 Daubers - $3 Raffles, 50/50 and tips will be sold Concessions will be available Seating will be assigned to ensure large parties can sit together Prize teasers will be posted in the upcoming weeks Limited seating - ticket holders only will have seats MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO PARTICIPATE IN BINGO PER THE WV STATE LAW. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event itself is cancelled
